does anyone know how to reset the ecu/immobilzer ? car will not start no fuel or fire but turns over .. no flashing key light at all tried to hook a scan tool up and there is no connection to be made??locked out because of the immoblizer maybe?? .. HELP!!!

would there have anything to do with the key switch? because, theres a recall in the switch .. any info would be a godsend.. i have a newborn son and no car !!but the nearest acura dealer is 88 miles from here

 

By key switch are you talking about the Ignition Switch, the recall honda did because they wouldn't start unless you held the key near the start position? If so your car would start for a second and then shut back off. Immobilizer wouldn't lock you out of the ECU, shouldn't anyways.

Does the main relay click on and off? Can you hear the fuel pump prime it self before starting, it will sound like a mechanical wine.
