Default 01R #0006

I just recently sold my em1 and finally was able to purchase an ITR. I searched the whole country and after a few negotiations picked up this PY one. It drives like a brand new car. Clean title 66k can't complain. Its sitting on Apexi coilovers, whale ***** intake, and some booty tail lights which im about to put stocks on. Only thing that makes me itch my head is the paint looks a little faded hood/fenders/door.

nice pickup!! when i was searching or a used s2000 i noticed that alot of the owners painted the front bumper cause it was worn down from driving on highways. maybe yours is repainted cause too many rock chips or so and the rest of the car was still fine just faded

@grandadp the guy told me that he had a mugen front on it. It was his wifes show car they got rid of all the aftermarket parts I guess before selling and put the stock one back on. It seems like it needs to be recleared but Ill find out later on today when I bring it by the shop.

@justanoob I bought it for 8 and change. A steal if you ask me.

After paint work and getting it back to OEM specs (if that's the desire of the OP), those additions will add up to the price of what a 66K mile clean-titled car goes for.

Even with those crappy pics you can tell that something is going on with the paint, and the price/mods justify the $8500 price tag.

Very good price. Actually I'm selling my PY R is a 2000 clean title with 113,xxx miles and I'm asking $9,500 for it and maybe I can play a little with the price but not much.
Great pick up!! congratulations, like another member said, keep her safe!!!

Maybe a good buff and wax will bring the color back.

A Mugen front bumper would require a JDM front end. If all the front end parts were original, they would probably match with the fade...unless they just had a bra on it the whole time. Though it isn't cosmetically perfect, it's still a good deal for the mileage on the caR.

You might want to move the valve cover ground cable one bolt to the left

Thanks guys, just spent all day driving her and still loving it lol. The front bumper was sitting, guy told me mugen bumper so im guessing some type of replica bumper/bodykit (was his wife's show car). Im going to get it wet sanded and buffed to see if it will justify some of the color. If not im prob going to just re-spray it around February. Its funny I was looking at the ground wire but didn't see that. It will def. be kept safe, trust me here in Orlando is where them low life live.
