Need help id this rod bolt crower h 514bc a1

Icon2 Need help id this rod bolt crower h 514bc a1
Bought some rods that were said to be crower but when I called crower for touque specs .They said this bolt was not theres marking on the rod bolts are "crower H 5148C A1" Does anyone have these bolts? If so do you know the torque specs or were I can find them?

torque them to factory spec.
