Default Door Pounding Questions

Hey guys, I was recently in an accident. Some old guy sideswiped my 91 Acura Integra. The damage he did was he pushed in my driver rear quarter panel, and pushed in my driver door and messed up my trim piece. The door opens and closes just fine. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions on how to get my door straight again. It is pushed in where there is crossbars on the inside, so they make it kind of hard to get to the dent. Is there any tools that will fit in a tight space like that to allow me to get that dent out that won't brake my bank? Thanks guys.

If you take off the inner door panel you should be able to get in there with most any tool.

Well I can get at some of the part that's pushed in but on part of it there is like metal braces that run across the inside that make it real hard to get in there.

OK, then that will be your starting point....get the bar bent back how it should be and then do the thinner metal
