I know this is a Honda Board but I have the J35A3 L66 Honda Engine in my Saturn and for the last month my SES light throwing a PO455 evap emission control system (leak Large). I've replace my gas gap twice actually but still throws the code. After further investigation, I've determined it throws the SES light when the tank is nearing a quarter of a tank. Other searching online I read that it can be something to do with the Evap Canister or the Solenoid. Has anyone ever had a similar problem and found a solution?

 

What Saturn do you have. The Vue?? I think Honda put those engines in the 2003 Vue, correct?? Replacing the gas cap will not fix this code. Despite what you may have read online. Youre gonna have to fork out some money and take it to a shop and get the evap system smoke tested. A P0455 is a large leak and can be anything from a ruptured evap hose to cracked fuel filler hose.
