Default Help Hooking up speaker wires to AMP

I need help setting up speakers to a 4 channel amp. All the wires are there already and hooked up to the speakers and the Amp is powering on/off. I just need help establishing a signal from the head unit to the amp to the speakers.

I have a Alpine Vpower Amplifier that has 4 Channels.
I have a Kenwood Stereo that displays protect which Im guessing becuase its not getting the speaker signal.

Heres pics. I dont know what Im doing wrong and where the RCA cables connect to. I tried every possible one and still doesnt work.

Heres what the Amp looks like but with only one fuse. Its a similar model.

You need RCA cables to run from the preamp outs of the kenwood to the amp. As far as the amp saying protect, you shouldn't be using any of the white, grey, green, purple wires coming from the back of the kenwood, cap those off so they don't touch metal, then you will prob have to reset the kenwood.

You can also use the highlevel input (that black 8 pin plug on the amp, if you've got the plug, but running RCA's would prob be easier...)
