Icon2 Voltage estabilazer questions

Do the Voltage estabilazers that are sold on Ebay really do all this?

Voltage Stabilizer. It increase horsepower and torque, improves audio quality, better throttle respnse, longer battery life time. Also improve fuel effciency, increase headlight brightness, and improve igniton flow. Strengthen Starting Power. Especially designed for water and heat resistance.

Default Re: Voltage estabilazer questions

It doesn't --- increase horsepower or torque, improve audio 'quality', throttle response or improve the life of your battery.

It does --- filter and condition the electric source in your vehicle, which at its peak will prevent lights from dimming at times when too many accessories are running etc... Most people will opt for a high amperage alternator to try and properly do what is touted by these stabilizers. I have the NRG voltage stabilizer in my Accord (EPAC-3), I've noticed a little less voltage drop-off with it but to be honest, it looks good more than it works well.
