Default Jackson Racing Supercharger On GSR

What up HT. I just picked up a jackson racing super charger for my gsr .. Currently my motor is stock and has aem cold air intake and a dc header. I was wondering how much psi i could safely push with this supercharger. Also what are some more way that i can gain more power on my gsr. Any help would be highly appreciated thanks

Dont bother....get a better header and some exhaust so the motor can breath with that supercharger.

If you can find one, one of the best off the shelf headers out there for the JRSC setups is the Kamikaze. They're not very expensive, but they can be hard to get.

Then there's the LHT supercharger header, but it's some pretty good coin. However, there was some actual testing done during the design phase of that header that centered exclusively around supercharged engines. The Kamikaze just happened (by chance) to work really well with superchargers.

To get more power out of it run racing fuel, E85 or even nitrous.

you wont need race gas or e85. you wont max out pump with a jrsc

pump gas will work fine? this isn't a 500-600 whp car

i would just buy a 4-1 header and slap it on with 7psi and run the 92 octane untill its tuned

Definitely a must read it is loaded with good info .I have a jrsc gsr in a hatch and the car runs frigging great puts down 277 hp and 203 trq reliably all day long with ice cold a/c and p/s I have loved the set up for over two years now but am getting ready to list it for sale as I have bought an eg hatch and gone k series anyway heres another good link for ya its loaded with good info also http://ftlracing.com/tech/honda/JRSC.html

whered u find the supercharger?! ive been lookin around and cant find them, couple used kits here and there, but they need some work before you can get them running right.
