From what I noticed companies do not sell a complete d series internals for d15/d16. I am sure its because there probably is not a huge market demand. SRP sells pistons, but nothing else to my knowledgment. Crower sells stuff for D16 VTEC motors, but not non VTEC.

Who makes the whole cam, valve train, rods, and pistons for d15/16?

there's plenty of D series parts avail.

we have secial cams from the non-vtec to VTEC sohc's
Rods and pistons are avail too. we also have custom pistons done by ARIAS if you need special CR's.
valvetrain. I have the complete springs and retainers setup as well as stainless steel valves.

ARP makes the head studs and rod bolts as well. theres alot out there. feel free to email me for questions.
