Removing these would I see any gain?

On a stock motor, most likely not. On a fully built motor, maybe 1-2 hp.

Hmm ok I know on the itr heads they clean up the ports by hand but yea keep the info comin

The ITR heads make better power because they use better quality pr3 castings with less core shift to begin with, then they smooth the throat out and put a better valve job (which makes the biggest difference) on it for better power.

You've been taught lies. ITR heads have stock untouched ports. It's the throats which are hand ported

if ur going to do some work to the head, concentrate more on the bowl area and short turn, but first u need to know what your doing.
