Timing belt help?
Ok just to start off I have searched this topic time and time again. I just got my car back from getting the timing belt changed along with the water pump. after driving it I got the timing belt whine but only when accelerating not while idleing. I would say from about 2500rpms and up.
I hate the whine sounds like a supercharger. but I have heard from another forum that I researched as well that its normal for the belt to be a little tight for it to stretch.
Please somebody way in so i can either put my mind at ease or stop driving it and take it to the dealer. I have only put on about 100 miles since the job. and from what i hear its about a 1500 to 200 mile break in period.
