BLINKING CEL!! What deos this mean??? (Check Engine Light)

In my 2000 GSR, the check engine light keeps blinking when I am driving and then goes away and this comes back later. Does anyone know what this means?

Did you clean your engine bay lately? Maybe your spark plugs. Happened to me a few months back.
