Default Cross camber/toe? Tires bad? Bad bearings?

I am at a HUGE dilemma. HELP!

Car: 97 lude, stock ride height with 06 V6 a accord wheels which are 17's instead of typical stock 16's

Okay, so have to make this short and sweet(editr not...lol)....about 6 months ago I got new OEM front struts. Not saying that is realted to any of this but here it goes. Over past few months my tires have decided to start wearing on the inside. I had an alignment done at Honda and everything was in the green on computer. Toe was off a LOT though but we corrected that. So I rotated the tires that were on the front that had started to wear on inside (guessing from toe) and put them on back. So not a month later, I go back to change oil and check them and the front tires(which were the back) seem to be wearing a little now. ALSO, the ones on the now back, from the front are like...seperating from the tread and belt. Scared the hell out of me when I seen it knowing I had just got off the interstate like that.... so the tires....Toyo Proxy FZ4's. I have had them on there for quite some times and plenty of normal tread left minus the inside wear. They are just very dry rotted, like when we took them off the wheel they just ripped all over the side wall. Scary I was driving on them. So temp I traded the bad back ones out for a friends Michelins. Now the question is as I am buying new tires, is it going to do this to my new tires? Here is what we have done to try to fix it before putting on new tires..... Adjusted the sub frame a small bit and reduced cross camber in rear. Front toe and stuff is still good. The rear was like a 1.12 which is what I feel like threw it off and ruined one main tire in question in that much time but some people do not want to admit that to me(being person who left it like that..lol). ALSO, they listened to front components with acceleration and was told the bearings sounded to have noise AND diff(yay me for tranny about to go out at 157k....auto tiptronic not to mention).

So my main problems are werid inside tire wear with toe being correct on rear and back, AND a light metal scraping noise at LOW speeds. Oh and vibration in steering wheel at around 30-50 only and when accelerating quickly. Not sure if that is something rubbing or if it is the bearings making the metal noise. Ordering new tires and changing bearings Thurs but wondering if it is JUST that, that needs to be done. Anyone see any correlation with any of this? Similar problem? Also, can bigger wheels by 1 inch really make that much of a difference, or a bigger tire 45 from 40 impact that much?!
also...about to post a tire thread...

Need some help on it too. Thanks in advance!!

Get 4 new tires and get an alignment done. You should get an alignment whenever you get new tires. Or at least its a really smart idea....

It was not a smart idea re-using a badly worn tire, even if there was a lot of tread left. It throws off the rest of the alignment.

When you mess with the camber, you change the toe.

And btw, this is just another example that its toe that kills tires, not camber.

Well I will be the first to admit I do not know jack about camber and alligments that is why I am looking for more answers on here. We ARE doing a new allignment once I get the new tires on. I was just using the tires to make it through the month to get the money and make my mind up on the tires. Getting a new alignment is not an issue so will be done.
