front blinker no working

front blinker no working
So a friend of mine is having a problem w his front corner lights on his '91 dx, Every time he turns either turn signal on they dont work on the front, thing is his hazard lights work in the front? & the switch is clipped all the way in I know this will keep our ef chassis' from blinking. Anyone have this problem before? wiring maybe?
