Since you're asking....

Oil--Amsoil Signature 0W-30
Plugs--NGK Iridium IX
Water Pump--OEM
Timing Belt--OEM

Most of those, except the water pump and timing belt, are preference in my opinion. There are plenty of good oils out there (I've heard good things of Motul, Mobil 1, Royal Purple) and a few other popular spark plugs (I have also heard good things about Bosch Platinum plugs). I generally like to stick with synthetic oil, but there are people out there who prefer conventional. It's generally the safest route to stick with OEM replacement parts, especially with critical components like water/oil pumps and the timing belt. However, there are a lot of substitutes that you can do that are OEM-safe, like Amsoil. Just do your research and good luck.

Cap,rotor. Valve Lash adjustment. Flush cooling system, change tranny fuild.
I run castrol synthectic blend in my car, and only ngk plugs.

Hows the clutch? Is it leaking any oil? Brakes? Axles? Any clicking when you turn?

Cap? Valve leash?

Will be flushing coolant and tranny fluid.

Clutch seems ish enough for now, no leaking. Brakes good....not sure how to check axles?

No clicking when I turn, although, after I've driven awhile it smells like burnt clutch...I'm not sure if maybe I'm burning oil or if the clutch is going. I drive a standard well (5 years exp, and i certainly dont race the thing)

Sorry, I'm a newbie to these cars, I've only driven Amuuuurican until now

ngk spark plugs i think br7's are standard and work the best for stock and mildly modified hondas imho

i like valvoline and castrol oils espiecially vavoline vr1, no preference on oil filters get any name brand 1

ngk spark plug wires are standard and works great to but msd's magnecore are good if you got alot of mods and run high hp

distributer cap, tranny fluid(lucas oils-red line),changs the brake fluid if its brownih, change the ps fluid if it got soapy or crap in it,check if the boots on the driveshafts and rack and pinion are broken

use oem water pump, oil pump, timing belt

u have to remove the valve cover to check the valve lash(gap between the valve and tapet, it has a slot with a locking nut above each valve check your fsm it'll tell you everything you need todo if you have 1 or just goto the parts store and read 1

How does the clutch fuild look?

CV's will click, but just jack your car up and check all the boots, cv's, ball joints, tie rods.

Also, it would be a good idea to replace those, not axles unles they are bad.
And the get her a 4 wheel alignment. people are often suprised about how big of a difference frence ball joints and tie rods will make.
