No offense here, but a few things...

1. Please use some sort of grammar. It's very difficult to read a run-on sentence in all capitals.
2. There's a thread that is stuck to the top of the forum with "READ THIS BEFORE POSTING" in the title. That'd be the FAQ's: https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-2001-2005-78/faqs-guidelines-read-before-posting-2101211/
The first link in the Transmission part of the Drivetrain section:

No worries, bud. You'll also want to check out the FAQ's thread in general. You'll find that a D16 really isn't a possible swap without tons of fabrication. K-series swaps are the only really feasible swap option.

You're looking at about $700 or so for the manual swap.

No problem. There's a reason why the 7th Generation Civics don't get many followers. It's a cost thing. Value per dollar is better on other Civic chassis.

You should change it for a manual since tuning on this generation of Civic sucks. You need MT before doing any serious mods, K-Pro will be your best friend.

All JDM parts?

There weren't any Japanese coupes for the 7th generation Civic. The chassis hardly saw aftermarket support at all (referring to the sedan, since the hatchback isn't really all that similar in many ways), in Japan.

If they're after market parts, why do you care where they're shipped from?

Hondata, Hasport, Hybrid racing, KiddRacing, Skunk2, Tein, Blox, and etcetera are all American companies. The JDM parts people like to use are for OEM styling changes or OEM engines not available in USDM, only going with aftermarket JDM parts is pretty limiting.

It may be illegal to put a older motor in your car depending where you live. Also If you keep the em2 then it may be better to trade it in for a manual one or just do the swap. I did it and it cost me around $800, Don't regret it at all and running great.
