One fairly simple ? for ya. Will stock Integra GS-R axles withstand 200-230hp? OR would I need to cryo treat 'em or something?

With an lsd they will. There was a topic on this long ago. Basically the lsd will assure that you do not go peg leg and destroy an axle. The stock axles can handle the stock power without an lsd. With lsd the power handling is essentially doubled since you will not place all the power on one axle.
