Default 3m windo-weld

i have an 03 rsx type s with energy suspension motor mount inserts installed and am wanting to cut down on vibration in the car. i've read about people using windo-weld to fill the mounts and wanted to know if there will be a noticeable difference between the two. also how many tubes do i need to get? the inserts are installed in two mounts on this particular car.

Thanks,

If I am not mistaken..... I believe that the 3M window weld would actually increase the overall rigidness and thus creating more vibration..... Any comments from HT members that have used the product seeing as I have not?

3M is extremely rigid without going fully solid. Mine has the 3 Motor mounts as a stock set and the 2 Torque mounts are window weld. perfect for me. Don't think I would like the 3m in all mounts due to how stiff it came out on the torques.

Making the mounts stiffer will not help with vibrations.

Same deal on the poly from the depot. All great if you're looking to stiffen. Not so much for your needs as you describe. Would most likely be best to revert to OEM style mounts.
