crower "econo" billet rods vs steel billet rods
starting a mild build and came across crowers econo billet rod has anyone seen or know how well these perform vs the steel billet ones? any feedback is helpful the application is a b16a2 ctr pistons standard clearence.... standard bore. looking for:
reliable+performance=not destroying an engine cause i bought some low quality rods...

I believe the Econo rods are an H-Beam rod, while the Crower steel billet are an I beam design. The econo are similar to Eagle rods
the more important part is that u cant use oem pistons on aftermarket rods...also for ctr pistons on a b16a all u need is stock rods..
thanks for the input, just learned something new today, although i am slightly seasoned to hondas iam not seasoned to engine building.
