I highly doubt it will. Its a high flow cat, but its gutted on the inside. If someone would check, they can see the cat is still there, but the guts (the inside) is hollow for better flow.

To the naked eye, its just a cat, so it will pass visual inspection by cops/dmv/etc, but its completely gutted inside for greater flow. This is especially good for people looking for optimal flow but having it visually look like the cat is still there.

Great for turbo guys as well, who are running a 2.5 inch downpipe to a 3 inch exhaust.

 

And it has the o2 sensor simulator on it, so it wont throw a CEL
