Default Bolisbuilt S2000 hits the dyno again

Being that we were near 100% DC with the old RC1000's we decided to chnage the fuel system a bit. Added an Inline Pro billet rail, Aeromotive FPR, and ID1000's. Needless to say - the injectors helped.

This particular graph is on 23psi:

VS. the old 22psi graph:

STOCK BLOCK/HEAD F20C
IP 3mm HG
GT3582R
PFAB Top Mount/DP
Precision 46mm WG
Tial 50mm BOV
AEM EMS

Be careful running that much boost on the IP 3mm. Mine just blew running 26 psi for about 4000miles

Ya, Ive heard the horror stories... this setup wont be run for too much longer. As long as it lasts a lil while longer I will be happy lol.

OEM gasket on the new motor

Yeah I felt the same way so I wasn't too upset when it popped. I'm trying the SCE 2mm shortly which is a one piece solid copper so I dont think it will have the same issues as the 3mm. The 3mm takes way too much boost get get the power back anyways after dropping the C.R.

I'm thinking the mahle pistons are the way to go for us though since nobody has yet cracked a sleeve.

Nice numbers though! What fuel were you running? Meth inj?

Thanks guys!

We went to the track yesterday and ran a new best of 10.40 at 129mph! The car wanted to go to 5th so we just let out before the traps. We will have the car at the World Cup Finals next weekend trying to do even better as long as the rear end holds up. We are still on 100% STOCK rear end/tranny/axles.

Yes, we ran the S2000 this past weekend at the World Cup Finals at MIR.
We ran a new PB as well as set a new record for STOCK block/head/trans/drivetrain. 10.09 at 135mph

Thanks homie! You saw the pass where we had issues. One one the fuel pumps shut off and we let out after 2nd gear. Went 11.6 at 101mph lol.

The cage was bent by S&W Race Cars. They are located in PA.

Injectors Dynamics give more power when used at 90 psi

with a base pressure of 65 psi + 23 psi boost (1:1 FPR ) it give 98 psi that's why you have power gain

I just see that the duty cycle with RC was near 100%, what is the duty cycle now?

100% doesn't help power
