Default JDM Motor with USDM flywheel and starter?

ok guys, i have an 95 accord with 95 prelude JDM H22a Motor and i have USDM 93 Prelude Short Ratio Transmission. Its been like couple weeks that i changed the Clutch, and the flywheels teeths were in a bad shape, i went to O'Relly's and Bought 93 Prelude Flywheel, and 93 Prelude Starter. So what my Question is , is i have this one noise coming from the starter when i start the car, so i think that Starter doesnt reach flywheel or doesnt sit on the Teeths.
would that be the problem ?? Do i need to buy JDM 95 H22a Flywheel and Starter ???? or WHAT ??

Thank you

I don't think so, I am using a JDM H22A coupled with my original H23 transmission. Starts up just fine without any odd noises. What kind of noise is it making? Did you properly install the starter making sure all of the teeth were lined up?

Pull your starter and bench test. The Bendix drive may be stuck.
