Default B16a setup problem.(Street setup)

I have already posted about the setup but i`m going to detail it again

Its a B16a VTI.
Bored Block.
Type R 81.25 PCT pistons.
Civic Type R cams.
Super Tech Springs and retainers.
62mm Throttle
Mugen 4-1 Header.
Stock Intake.
2.5 Exhaust.
Vision Cam Gears.

There is a problem with the engine, like about 2,000 - 2,500 rpms, it kinda slow down , until it pass that point. I know there area some post about it, but my question its really . Would adding RC 310cc inyectors solve the problem, the TPS have been checked and it is neither the o2 problem, i have already changed the spark plugs, and ignition its where it needs to be. the only two things i can think of are changing the ECU ( i`m running stock P30) or adding some bigger inyectors. I`m also planning on getting a tune with programmable ECU. But i need to know if i can fix it before i do the tuning.

Thanks in advace to all you gurus.
