I have the version without LSD. 2nd grinds bad. But only after 2000 rpms. 3rd grinds after about 4000 rpms. Can I replace the synchros with hydro carbon Gsr synchros? Will this make my gears longer? I can get all the synchros barely used for 100. That's why I'm asking

 

Check the mounts clutch system first (master and slave first, then clutch itself). If its good, then split the trans. Synchros alone won't fix the grind if its not the clutch system or mounts if its grinding at that low of an RPM. Synchros don't affect the gear ratio.

 

dang.. im just hoping i dont have to buy a whole new tranny, or rebuild this one completely..
