I have a manual steering rack out of a 96 Civic DX. 140K miles, no problems.
Includes everything you need: bolts, mounting brackets, coupler and boot.
Original inner tie rods are still attached, no end play, up to you if you want them.
$75 plus shipping from Chicago area.
I believe all 96-98 Civic subframes are the same. In my opinion the local salvage yard is the best way to go for that.
