Last week i got very crummy gas mileage, i normally get 350-360 miles to the tank, last week it was a tad under 200 miles, this week when i was driving my car was hesitating and it felt like the whole car would thrust forward then stop instantly.

I pulled down the carpet and found a code 16 (injector) so i went ahead pulled both injectors (dpfi) cleaned them and then put it back together, didn't realize it but the o-rings needed to be replaced.

Drove the car noticed that i was leaking some fuel so I replaced the O-Rings.

Now its still doing the same problem with the hesitation no CEL's

This morning it drove to work fine, i stopped at the store, turned the car off, when i came back outside and turned it back on the idle surged approx 5 times then the car had no power at all and started to die, i tried to rev it and it did nothing.

In the last 3 months I've replaced the Ignition Control Module, Fuel Filter, and Main relay.

cleaned iacv, and the thermostat ground, now i got a CEL 6, still having hesitation problems.

 

I'm getting very similar garbage from my recently swapped in B16A from a 90 civic SI, been all over the forums and have found nothing conclusive.
