frequent oil changes and valve checks and hondas can last a very long time...

 

He's on rr.net and some other boards. I know he has a map with states highlighted that he's hit already.

It also helps if you do not always rev all the way to the redline. Keep the revs low and any engine will run a lot longer.

If you're the average motorcycle rider, you won't keep your bike long enough to reach 200K. It will take you decades.

 

and people give you **** when you try to sell a sportbike with 20k, claiming its high miles. HAH!!!!!!!!

 

You are right! I have been selling bikes for years and anyone that knows bike, understands 200K - 500K is possible with a good maintenance schedule, but try to sell one with 50K+ and they think you are nutz!
I have seen Gold Wings with over 800K!!
