ok so i decide to run a compression test on my prelude today, and i went to go pull the fuel pump fuse and noticed that there was no fuse to begin with. Is this a normal thing on these cars? I just skipped all that bs and disconnected the injector plugs directly, but im still stumped as to why theres no fuel pump fuse and the car still starts and runs. any help is appreciated.

If you have a 4G or 5G, the fuel pump is controlled by Fuse 23.

 

sorry i thought i put that up, its a 2000 base model.

 

o and i looked the fuse up on the back of the fuse panel cover, i know which fuse i was looking for, but it was just not there, on the very top row of fuses (under dash) there was only one fuse that i found and the fuell pump fuse was supposed to be next to it.

 

Did you look at the diagram to verify the location?
