Default Air pressure

How much air pressure should you put in aftermarket wheels. This is on a 91 crx si. Is it the same as the stock air pressure that's listed In the glove box

I have two sets of wheels that are different sizes if that matters
Wheel number 1

205/40-16

Number 2

195/50-15

The car decides the air pressure, not the wheel/tire selection. Look in your driver's side door jamb to see what your factory air pressure should be.

What air pressure should I use in my tires?

As a general rule, regardless of wheel or tire size or type, the best place to start is with the pressure recommended for your CAR, as shown in your owner's manual and on your car either on the door jamb or glove compartment door. Measure the pressure when the car has been sitting for several hours out of the sun, at the outside temperature at which the car will be used. Adjust from there in 2 psi increments as needed, based on tire wear and your preference for handling and/or ride comfort.

Do NOT set the pressure to the maximum pressure indicated on the sidewall of your tire.

That's the worst advice I've seen posted here in a while.

The proper answer to the question is in the posts above. EXCEPT this one.
