Hey guys, does anybody know if it would be possible to attach an exhaust from a 2006 CRF 250R to a 2005 that does not come with the dual exhaust. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

 

ive got an 08 crf250r with dualies. i checked just to make sure before i posted, but its only got one header, it isnt two pipes all the way through. so in theory you could. i dont know why you would though. you'd be better off getting an fmf or a yoshi or something like that. the twin pipe system was all about "balance" according to honda. it doesnt do anything for power at all. i've never heard of anyone doing this, but if you want to and the pipes make the clearances from your plastics so they dont melt, then go for it.

 

you would have to make a bracket that would hold the silencer part of the pipe but it is doable....

 

I'd think the side number plate would be slightly different to accomodate the muffler too.

 

an experienced exhaust shop can rig up anything for you
