Default Help! GC and konis yellow set up trouble.

Please excuse my terminology, I really don't know the right term to explain the problems, but hopefully you guys will know what I mean. I'm running on Konis yellow and ground control the spring rate is 350 front 360 back? front has 2 top hats. The car is some what dumped. The car rides a bit bouncy when i have it a bit toward the stiff side, but that isn't really what concerns me, just that when the car drive through a pot hole it would go "BAM" like I"m bottoming out.

Those of you who've played around enough with your shocks settings might be able to help me, its really frustrating and this is on an 96 Integra coupe

If your car is dumped you most likely need stiffer rates. I would also double check your bump stops and make sure they are trimmed short enough.

A hard "bam" may be hitting the bump stop as suggested, and half the bump stop may still hit, with less padding. Higher spring rate or raise the car a little.

get stiffer springs or raise the car to a non cholo ride height. something like 550/500 would help you out quite a bit if you actually like driving a spark tosser

stiffer springs! dont cut your bumpstops if you dont know how to or where to. If you cut too much off you can ruin the dampers by bottoming them out.
