Whats your total budget?
Do you have an engine to build already or do you have to buy an engine too?
Is the crx already setup for a B series?
Im thinking a built F series mated to a B series tranny would be pretty potent and semi-affordable...

not to be a dick but.......
if you had researched you wouldn't need to ask this question

but if you want to go cheap power

LS-Vtec with ITR pistons
B16 head/ ITR intake Manifold
ITR cams

and then a good header and exhaust and you can make decent power then put a 75 shot and run low 13's if not 12's

And you can probably run a better valvetrain and cams and go 11s
