RPM autoparts on Hammer lane across from walmart....Anybody buy parts from them? They claim to be euro-japan-domestic auto parts but they don't know shiite about most car. I never been inside there store but i drove by hammerlane and saw their store. Decide to call them about a part just to check on their prices. Do they only have thugs working there? Call them asking about a part and some dude answer the phone with "sup" while he was yelling and telling somebody to shut up. WTF kind of business is that? Poor customer service. Im glad i didnt go inside the store....I might get rob.

 

People just try to make money anyway they can.. and if people are going to be jerks or give u Poor customer service.. then take your money to another shop.
