Hey I got a 95 civic si with a 95 gsr swap.

PRO:

rebuilt motor(all new gaskets)

body straight

interior 8/10

del sol seats

2.25 exhaust to es tuning muffler

aem cai

dc legit 4-2-1 headers

00 si rims

duck bill

runs good

passed reff and got BAR #

new cat

passed smog 2 times in the last 4 years



CONS:

ac and p/s not hooked up

one motor mount was busted and I filled it up with liquid nail and now vibrates a bit

Probably around $3000-3500 if it's a clean title, but IMO the shaved moldings kill it

That car looks like its been with too many seventeen year olds and they put their naive hands all over it. I wouldnt buy it, id rather find one later on with a D16Z6.

Ah I think thats a bit too low for the cleaness of my honda. Go to sacramento craigslist and see for yourself that smogged/swapped hatches go for 3.5-4.5k. Its crazy to see some hatches that need paint job and have so much problems go for 4k.

well thats why the dude can test drive and see for himself. Also virgin cars(as in stock d series hatch) are also d. I bought the car swapped 4 years ago and had NO issues. plus I did smog it 2 times and for sure it will pass now. Most sellers say "as is...you smog" meaning it might have some problems. I am willing to smog.

 

yea dude I've been looking around and its crazy what people are asking for their hatches. Yes it could be a built motor but the cons list is longer then the pros.

 

what do you mean? a 17yo would paint all the interior plastics a different color or have a big fart can and different color fenders.
the dude that swapped it drove it for like 500miles and sold it cuz he was getting a integra. Plus the stock d16 hatches run just a tad less than a gsr hatch and you'll spend more money swapping it and making it look nice.

Thanks guys!! I got it 4.5 years ago but funny thing is that honda's with b-series vtec dont really loose value that much. I think I will post it up for 4k obo and go like 3.2k the lowest or MAX 3k. We'll see
