hello,

i have installed D2 coil overs a year ago , which came with keys to adjust the softness and hardness (damper), the ride seemed too bouncy for normal driving so i taught of making it softer,

now the problem:

the long key thingy which comes with the kit worked fine on 3 coil overs but my driver side coil over does not seem to be adjusting, the key just spins freely with out clicking and because of that 3 suspension is in soft setting and one is in full hard setting,

what could be causing the key to spin freely ? and how do i fix it????

 

This sounds like a technical issue that you should speak to D2 Racing about. They have great tech support and they should be able to help answer your question faster.
