hey im thinking about buying headers for my 99 integra ls hatchback, and im debating on the DC sports JDM 4-1 or the megan racing JDM 4-1 header. Does anyone know what would be better performance wise? The megan headers are half the price and look exactly the same as the DC headers.
Your thread title is misleading as it suggests you've done a comparrison and posted the results. I would suggest you consider buying both headers and compare them and see the one that didn't work out for you. Post the results here so it justifies the thread title and helps others out.
Neither, they are both a waste of money, buy a hytech replica header off ebay for $180 bucks shipped, it will be more worth your while for less money.
sadly ^ that. megan might not be bad but DC is garbage and will crack and not be all that much more effective.
or buy them both run them both and sell the worst of the two. it is after all your ride.

DC Sport? Megan? Really....why do people still buy garbage like that.
If your really that broke.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JDM-T...Q5fAccessories
but i would suggest saving up and getting a real header....or leaving the car stock.

i really dont care much about the brand my car is really really low im going to be denting it and i dont want to worrie about a 800 dollar header i know im going to be smashing. i just want sumthing that has better flow than stock. i dont care if it even cost me 40 dollars im going to be hitting the ground everyday.
Wtf. If you PLAN on denting it, your going to lose any gains you made. Stay oem then. I don't understand why people still slam their cars either. It has a negative effect on performance. I laugh when I see people in slammed cars thinking they're cool when really they're just morons. I hope this isn't you.

hey dont knock the slammed cars. Just because its not your brand. Everyone has there own flavor. Respect it. I loved slammed cars aswell as tastefully dropped(legal)

Okay, you probably missed where I said, when they laugh at my wheel gap, I laugh at their crushed header. It's not my thing, but I never bashed anyone for it.

this is what im saying. I have never had problems and i run slammed. Only time i had a problem was when i had a b16 and the motor sits a little lower causing the header to hang extremely low. Same problem happened on my brothers LS motor. You must be 1.8 with vtec head to use a good header with a decent drop. Or run a b16 header on a b16. The piping is lengths are different trust me.
