my starter blew out the other day in my d15b7. I was trying to start it, and it was cranking, then it just wouldnt crank... just a click. I tried to turn it over again, and I saw a little ploom of smoke come out from under the hood that looked like where the stater is. I got a starter from my friend, and put it in, tried to start, and nothing. I checked all fuses, and everything seems good, grounds look good. CEL goes on for a few seconds, then turns off, my fuel pump is priming, and I can feel and hear my main relay click, only thing is I dont get the third click, I gues cause it usually does it when the engine is actually starting, but what else should I be looking at?
