I'm looking to get a USDM only GSR Head. I'm slowly building an engine so no crap. It doesn't need to have the intake manifold or the throttle body or the distributor seeing as I have extra of those lying around. The less miles the better. The more paperwork the better. No warpage, no cracks. Price range is 300-500 depending on the condition of the head. And no disassembled heads please. All stock.

 

if its just the head how are you gonna know if its usdm or jdm

 

p72 stamp = gsr; pr3-x = b16/type r they use same heads different valvetrain the year of the motor is also stamped on the head all above the exhaust ports

 

someone on here is parting out a gsr longblock. tried lookin for it but nothin. TTT

like i said both jdm and usdm heads are stamped p-72 , so how can he tell so thats why its stupid to ask for a usdm only

oh i misread your post lol thought it said difference of usdm vs type r head haha

usdm/jdm share the same cast heads so it shouldnt really matter, its the valvetrain that makes the difference in jdm/usdm
