Electrical problems. . .

Electrical problems. . .
The circuit that has the tail lights and dashboard lights is grounded somewhere in my car, it is busting fuses when I replace them. I know I have to find where it is grounded, is there anyone that has had experience with this kind of problem? Thanks, I have an 89 CRX D series.
