ok the problem is i break axles when i make a full U-turn OR..punch the gas
the axle pops the cv boot off an my axles ends up in two pieces

its a 91 civic hatch dx
hasport mounts
B20b
LS cable tranny
i have DA half shaft an 91 DA axles i just broke a brand new axle this morning(not refurbished axles)
..
ALSO WHEN I TURN THE WHEEL TO THE LEFT I CAN FEEL THE BEARING AT THE END OF THE HOUSING ITS SUPPOSE TO SIT INSIDE OF SO I KNO SOMETHING IS TO SHORT
..
ive tried DC half shaft an DC axles but either way it does the same thing

ive looked around and cant find anybody with the same problem

 

which side is breaking? Did you remove the dust seal? Maybe you want to keep it on since your having problems with a short axle. your best bet is to use your DC axle because its a little bit longer, but you said it breaks to. so idk, good luck

 

since you are using hasport mounts, why not give them a call.

 

driver side ..an i heard dc is shorter then da but i gues it dont matter sence they both break
