This bike is to big for you. You would need something in the 50,51cm range maybe even a tad smaller. This one is a 54. I am 5'7, can barely ride a 54cm comfortably.

With that rise on the stem, and raise the seatpost a bit. I would say you would be ok. Would have to test ride though, make sure your torso isn't cramped on the top tube.
