Default Trip OD, Maintenance Req. light

my maintenance req light is on and want to rest it but i seems that the trip od button is not working no matter how hard i press or anything just wondering if i have to take out the whole cluster and do something or if there is any other easy fix. i will print off the wiring schematics tomorrow and try to pin out any connector issue.

The button is probably broken. You'll need to replace the cluster, or learn to ignore the light. If worse comes to worse you could put something over it. Sticker, piece of tape, whatever.

Would it be possible to just take out the little bulb that makes it light up if you didn't wanna spend the money on a new cluster?

There's no bulb for the maintenance required light. Pretty sure it's an LED wired into the circuit board which cannot be removed.
