Clutch Pedal Mystery
'98 Integra. Clutch pedal has little-to-no resistance when depressed and will stay on floor - about 30-50% of the time. Clutch also lets out, when working, immediately off the floor.
Bled the clutch hydraulic line. Not fixed. Replaced master cylinder. Not fixed.
Any ideas on what the problem is? The transmission was included with an engine purchased recently. Led to believe that both had been rebuilt recently but I suppose I really don't know.
Thanks.

Time for a new clutch disc and pressure plate. Grabbing off the floor is the best indication of needing one. I recommend Exedy as they make all of the oem clutches for honda just under the name daiken clutch. What ever stage you go with is your business. But you definitly need a new clutch. If you just want to do an oem replacement the Exedy oem replacement kit is reasonably priced. Expect to pay around $150+shipping off of ebay. Stage one would be more like $260.00+shipping. Good Luck
