Default Is there a differnce between spark plug wires for B18C1 vs B18B1 engines?

Is there a differnce between spark plug wires for vtec vs non-vtec engines? I found some new NGK spark plug wires but i can only find them saying for B series vtec. Will these work on my LS motor?

they are a different part number because the VTEC ones for the non-vtec are too short. Just get the right ones.

Hi,

I'm an automotive data specialist and our company deals with NGK. This info sould help you:

NGK USA Website:

http://www.ngksparkplugs.com/part_fi...uv/results.asp

If you are in doubt you can always contact the technical people from NGK or from any other manufacturing company when you need technical advice. They are there to answer your questions by either email or phone.

Your wire set part number for your B18B1 motor is HE82 and the "stock" number is 8041.

I am sure most parts suppliers in your area will carry NGK.

Hope this helps out!
