Car has sat for 4 months or so with out being driven. Looking to sell it so I took it to get detailed and air in the tires and the ABS light is now on. I want to say that I had this issue before from the car sitting and it had to do with a ABS sensor that needed to be cleaned.

Any chance anyone has a DIY i can look at to clean the sensor and have the light go out before I sell it?

Have the system scanned to verify that is the issue - as to a DIY to clean a sensor I personally haven't seen one, but the Helms manual may have a DIY for it.

 

Ok - left rear speed sensor bad - expensive little bugger. How difficult for the average person to replace?
