I tried to replace my girlfriends fuel filter on her 1995 accord. Tried to get the top banjo bolt loose but the fuel filter kept rotating in the bracket. tightened the braket down and kept trying to loosen but it kept rotating. Anyways after i gave up i told her to try and start the car and it did not start. I smell fuel coming out from the fuel filter area. Car will start if i give a little gas while starting, but will not start without my foot on gas.

I am thinking that i possibly might have bent the fuel feed line (i think the one that comes from the fuel pump to the bottom of the fuel filter??) I dont see any fuel leaks but i do smell the fuel.



i think its the #7 line.

any input would be great.
