Default No power to main relay or ecu

Hi I'm new to H-T, but I've searched and couldn't find what's wrong with my car. I have a 1993 civic CX hatch with a 95 GSR swap it has I/H/E, and cam gears. I'm not getting any power to the main relay or ecu.
I've checked all grounds.
Checked all fuses.
Battery is also good.
Replaced fuse boxes.
And swapped ecu's.
I'm stumped and can't figure this thing out so any help would be appreciated.

Checked grounds. Also tried to arc the alt power with a ground and nothing no spark from the alt. Did the same on the starter and nothing no spark from the body so maybe my battery cable on the positive side is bad goin to go buy new ones and check

Ok one problem is ur using a "test light" NEVER use one.
go out and buy a multimeter, even a cheap one. But a test light is just telling you if you have power. and fyi if you getting power to you chassis grounds you have a major problem, Do you have a sub kit with a power wire going from batter to trunk?

Also please explain how you are using the test light to check the grounds............
You need to do a ground conductivity test to check the grounds, with the test light
you would have to connect the terminal to the positive on the battery and touch ground and it will light up, so im just a little confused on how you know you have power there.

I bought the test light to see if I was getting power to my alt, starter and main relay. Then I put the test light on my IM and it had power to. So I checked the ecu ground same thing, and the tranny ground made the light come on. Then I took off the ecu ground and the light got dimmer. But the tranny ground some took a **** on me. I replaced it and now it's fixed
