car is 95 civic dx with jdm b16a swap p30 ecu. only thing i have done is swapped out the cams for gsr cams and redid the valve lash correctly. also, my cam timing is correct and i jumped the service connector while at operating temp and set ignition timing to 16 degree mark. while the service connector is jumped, i tried adjusting my idle screw so my car was idling at 750...but my factory tach shows more like 500-600 ish, even with the screw backed all the way out. while driving and coming to a stop light, my car will fall down to around 200 rpms and catch itself and come back up to around 400rpm and idle there. although every once in a while it will idle at like 1100 rpm. there is no cel and everything else is normal, this problem started after doing the cam swap so i actually double checked everything: timing, valve lash, etc.. and everything is correct. i dont know why i cant set base idle to 750 or even higher or why im having this problem of idle falling to 200rpm when i clutch and come to a stop
