Default NOS and high mileage for the accord...

i got a significant amount of miles on my 94 accord ex, u think it'd be safe to run a 75 dry shot on it, it's been ran with nitrous before about 150 shots, and the motor hasn't blown, so i'm thinking about running nitrous on it again. the car has about 168k miles on it. Think it'd be alright???? it's it well condition too, usual oil change maintenance and a new transmission with 66k miles on it, new clutch as well...and the previous owner hasn't told me if he did any fuel work, cuz it guzzles gas pretty well, i get about 14 mpg on basic i/h/e and aem cam gear, and i have my timing retarded already by 1 degree. u guys think it'll be alright....

nope, previously ran a 150-200 shot nitrous, he sold the car to a use car lot, i bought it added some extra stuff, and talked to his old friends who use to chill with him and ride in the car, and they ran it for about 2 or 3 weeks, filled it up constantly.......but i never got to ask about the bottom end work, or fuel work.

Almost 200K on mine and it's fine with nitrous.I just put mine up to a 75 shot but I haven't driven it yet due to my camber kit issues.
Besides, if you blow it you have an excuse to "need" an H22

Do you have the funds to get a new engine when this one blows? if not its not worth it.

a dry shot is asking to get clowned, you have a greater likelyhood of not shoving necessary fuel with the n20 for combustion with a dry shot, just IMHO

the way i do it is entire fuel system from pump to banjoless lines to high flow filter and a fuel rail that can accept an- lines, fpr and use a direct port setup

but thats just me

just go with a wet setup, i beleive in doing things right the first time and going all the way as a part of preventing a problem stock honda fuel lines are filled with banjo fittings which dont flow for ****

I wouldn't do it either. I have an intense aversion to nitrous. I don't know why, but the whole concept just doesn't sit right in my stomach.

I'd probably kill myself and end up destroying the car in the process.

they key to it being safe is retarded timing and easy access to plenty of fuel

it is finicky though, and will clown when something clowny occurs

what exactly does a FPR do anyway? how can it raise the pressure with out changing the pump or anything?

what advantage does a AEM fuel filter do for you? more flow?

what exactly does a FPR do anyway? increases fuel pressure in the fuel line

how can it raise the pressure with out changing the pump or anythingby allowing a certian amount of fuel going back into the tank, the opening is only so big

what advantage does a AEM fuel filter do for you? more flow?, no man its pressure

the fpr basicallly dictates how much fuel will go back into the tank
