I have a 90 B18A1 motor with about 90,000 miles on it. I did a oil change on it with some cheap oil, cus I was short on money. I am going to do a oil change again on it soon with some high grade oil. I wanted to ask what you guys would recommend for a high rpm oil, and is synthetic the way to go?. I know this is kinda a newbie question, but I am new to the honda world, and I want to make sure I build my first one well.

 

If your on a budget, I don't see the point on spending money on special oils.
Personally I don't run anything special in my standard engine setups. To each is own.

Buy what ever the factory manual recommends :-)
